Modular structure
The variety of board types available simplifies the process of expanding and upgrading the system, while our hardware solutions allow subscriber boards to be changed without interruption to service. PROTEI Access Node can be equipped with various interface boards in any combination depending on specific requirements.
Compatibility
PROTEI Access Node can function in circuit-switched and packet-switched modes, giving it tremendous potential for use in both traditional and NG networks.
Unified maintenance system
Maintenance of PROTEI Access Node can be carried out in different ways: Telnet/SSH, FTP, graphical web interface and command line interface.
Applications
PROTEI Access Node can be deployed in two ways:
- As a separate unit installed in a rack on the operator’s premises.
- As an autonomous unit in a vandal-proof casing with its own power supply and emergency notification system. Ideal for installation away from the operator’s premises, such as in a residential building.
